Are purchases on this website tax free?

We collect sales tax in the state of California only. We do not collect sales tax for orders ship out of California State.

When will my order be shipped? How long will it take to get my order?

If your order is placed on Monday thru Friday it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Order placed on weekend will ship out the next business day. You can expect to receive your order in about 2-5 business days within U.S. and 6-14 business days to other countries depending on your location.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will email you a confirmation to let you know that your order has been shipped. We advise you to add our e-mail order@mimikoo.com to your address book, or ensure you have disabled any spam filters you may have so that our e-mails can be received. You may also check your order status by log in to My Account.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide!

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons, we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
 

RETURN/EXCHANGE QUESTIONS

What is your return/exchange policy?

You may return unworn, unwashed merchandises with all tags attached in original packaging within 3 days of receipt. We do not accept return on used, washed, damaged items, and items without original tag and packaging. Please click here for our complete return/exchange policy.
